Our water heater went out, so I went to Home Depot and bought a new one and called Sunland to have it installed. Contacted them on a Monday and they came that same day to do the install in a few hours. We had a good experience and didn't have to go without hot water for long. I'd recommend them.

I came into contact with two Sunland employees. One was from the office and the other the on-site plumber. Both were incredibly professional, timely and they simply just knew what they were doing. The office personnel communicated with me multiple times, always in a very timely and courteous manner. The on-site plumber allowed me to make some tweaks on the fly with what I was asking him to do. He rolled with it without any concerns at all. The cost of the work was very reasonable. The quality of the work is outstanding. My experience could not have been better.

Called them because i had water running down the street from my front yard. they showed up almost immediately and found the leak quickly. dug it up and fixed it quickly. great company to work with. i highly recommend them!!!

Nick and Ryan are who I see most. They are amazing. They are courteous, efficient, friendly, on time, and reliable. Andrea and Kim are the same and work hard to schedule the work to be done when you need it. Most important, they show up and actually do the job, a rarity these days. My church has used them for used them over 13 years and they have worked in my home as well. I very highly recommend Sunland. This is NOT a paid advertisement, it's really true!

Had our house completely repiped & a circulation pump installed, The workmen were on time and cleaned up every night! We were very pleased with Slo, Ethan and Sal. Would highly recommend this company!

This company is the best. The tech Nick was on time and very professional. He took his shoes off to enter my home. Very informative and honest with what needed to be done to the A/C. I was told last summer by another company that no one can even spell, that my unit would need replacing in 2 years maybe sooner. Nick made it clear that it was in perfect working condition with no issues. I will be a long time customer. Thanks Sunland.

It was great seeing Ethan again after a long 3 yr. absence. I sold my previous condo in 2019, however, Shay? did not change the old address and phone no. so when Ethan was to arrive today, he went to the wrong address & could not call me. I called because I thought he was late and found out Shay(Shane) had not changed anything. This was a waste of gas, time and energy better spent on confirming correct customer information. I will use Ethan again, and I know he will remember where I live. Just a service call this time to tell me about my pipes. Ms. Whitfield

From the moment I called to the moment the job was completed, Andrea and Ryan were very helpful, courteous, and listened. In the scope of all their customers, mine was a minor home AC part replacement, yet I was treated fairly and fully like my needs were the most important. And they took care of the warranty claim. Dave did an excellent job in repairing a leak. Also, we had a soft water system installed. Works great and looks good too.

What an incredible experience to work with such an outstanding and professional company. I am a resident of Sun City (over 55 community) and have seen many businesses take advantage of older citizens. NOT SUNLAND. TRUST them as they stand behind their work and want the customer to be totally happy. We had 2 rooms that did not have air/heat. They recommended putting in a ductless system / a mini split. PERFECT solution. Impeccably installed. We also replaced our existing roof unit with a brand new unit that is much more energy efficient. And another perfect installation. And what an INCREDIBLE staff. I ALWAYS felt that they had my best interest as their highest priority.
