We highly reccommend that you take proper care of your HVAC system and have it inspected twice a year; Once in the spring to ensure it keeps you cool in the hot summer, and once in the fall to ensure that the system is heating and keeping you warm for the winter. Keeping up on inspections throughout the year will save you money in the long run by catching smaller issues before they escalate into bigger, more expensive problems. Most Home Warranties require annual maintenance inspections too! Don't forget to change your filters!
From creating a free estimate to installing your new system, we make the process as easy as it gets. We order and schedule everything according to what works best for you and by the end of the install day you will have a brand new HVAC system to last you years.

Mini-splits are heating and cooling systems that allow you to control the temperatures in individual rooms or spaces.
There are two main components; An outdoor compressor/condenser and an indoor air-handling unit(s). They are easy to install usually requiring only a three-inch hole through a wall for the conduit; which houses the power and communication cables, copper tubing, and a condensation drain line, linking the outdoor and indoor units.
Mini-splits can be a good choice for room additions where extending or installing distribution ductwork is not feasible, and energy efficient new homes that require only a small space conditioning system.
An evaporative cooler (swamp cooler)is a device that cools air through the evaporation of water. Evaporative cooling differs from typical HVAC systems, which use vapor-compression or refrigeration cycles. Evaporative cooling uses the fact that water will absorb a relatively large amount of heat in order to evaporate. The temperature of dry air can be dropped significantly through the transition of liquid water to evaporation. This can cool air using much less energy than refrigeration. In extremely dry climates, evaporative cooling of air has the added benefit of conditioning the air with more moisture for the comfort of building occupants.
